Hi all - sorry that we've not been updating very much recently: and I expect the posts that have got through may be looking a little wierd. We're being very well looked after indeed by Hongwei and Yujin in Beijing - but we are not near any good internet cafes, so everything is very slow, and our connections to gmail and blogger (who run our blog) are very patchy.
We are all well, and particularly well fed, and we'll get more up here as soon as we can.

Great to get news from Beijing and lovely to think of you with friends there. We are seeing Sati and Lani tonight for mutual support! But so much contact through the weblog makes you seem very near, at least it does so far.

Yeah Guys, dont worry its only a little blip. The great thing is that we got more than we expected in the first place with your daily log-ins. And its fab way of keeping in touch with the rest of your family (Lani & Satti - take hint!!!)

Its been great getting your mails, and fab reading all your news. Glad your getting chance to meet up with people, and that you found the air conditioning, what a relief that must have been.
The photos are wondeful, really glad you are getting to post them when you can, its like being on the trip with you (wish I was ;-) and so does the family)
Hope you have been having some good food with your hosts, I hear its a favourite hobby of theirs. How does the city compare to Shanghi?

i've really enjoyed reading the post from each of you and from all your friends and family too. it's like a whole new global community is beginning. glad to hear you are well and largely enjoying your experiences. i was in coventry the other day and as usual i thought of you all and wondered how you all were and then i realised that the place didnt feel quite the same without you being there.
